DevScale is a small studio of engineers, designers, and operators. We partner with founders and operations leaders to build and launch the custom software their teams actually use every day.
Four principles we refuse to compromise.
- 01
Deliver real software, not decks
Every week of an engagement ends with working software in your hands. If we can't show it running, we haven't delivered it.
- 02
Small teams, senior people
You work with the same 2–3 people from kickoff to launch. No handoffs to juniors, no rotating offshore resources.
- 03
Own the full stack
Strategy, design, backend, DevOps, and analytics live under one roof — so the seams between them don't become your problem.
- 04
Leave you self-sufficient
We document, train, and hand off. A good engagement ends with your team running the product without us in the loop.
Why a studio, not an agency.
I started DevScale because I kept watching the same pattern repeat: a founder hires an agency, pays through discovery, gets a deck, then inherits a codebase nobody on their team can touch.
We do the opposite. Small team, senior people, no handoffs. The engineer in the kickoff call is the engineer writing the migration. When we leave, you own the code, the infra, and the knowledge to keep going without us.
If that sounds like what you need, I'd love to hear what you're building.
actually deserves.
Tell us what's slowing the business down. We'll reply within one working day with either a scoped next step or an honest referral to someone who fits better.
- 01A custom quote — always
No fixed packages. Every brief gets read, scoped, and priced by the team that will build it.
- 02Weekly demos
Staging URLs from week one. You see the work as it happens, not at the end of a phase.
- 03You own the code
Codebase, repos, infra, and credentials transfer into your accounts at handover.
